Monday Recovery Ride

Kick start your week by burning a few of the calories you gained over the weekend or come recover from your weekend race with this Monday (after work) ride.  Casual pace north to Grand Avenue and followed by 1-2 laps around Lake Hefner. For those wanting to scorch a lap or two around Hefner, riders will re-group  before return trip to WDBS.  Ride leader will lead a  pace based on group level.  This ride starts and ends at WDBS.
Begins in May @ 6:15 – NO DROP.

Wheeler Dealer Thursday Night Ride

Join this spirited ride starting at Stars and Stripes Park at the intersection of Grand and Portland.  The ride begins at 6:30 and lasts approximately 1.5 hours.  The pace is determined by the group but averages between 15-20 mph.  Two laps around Hefner or a trek down to Lake Overholser are just two of the ride options.
